Warranty & Legal Terms

Verde products are covered by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and installation faults, subject to the terms outlined below.

This warranty does not cover:

• 1. Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to storms, high winds, or snow loads beyond design limits)
• 2. Accidental damage or impact
• 3. Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
• 4. General wear and tear
• 5. Ground movement or structural changes to the installation area

• 1. All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Verde
• 2. Verde reserves the right to request additional evidence
• 3. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance of a claim

Verde’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components where a valid claim is approved. Verde shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
